Age Requirement



  • You must be 12 years or older to use ALORA. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • We may request verification to confirm your age or eligibility for certain features.






User Conduct

Please be respectful and kind! Prohibited activities include:

Spamming or sending unsolicited messages

Posting illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

Harassment, bullying, or hate speech

Impersonating another user or sharing misleading information

Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt app operations


Violations may lead to warnings, content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.




Content Ownership


You own the content you create and share on ALORA. However, by posting content, you grant ALORA a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the app to provide our services. 
You can delete your content at any time. Deleted content may remain in backup copies for a limited time but will not be publicly visible.





Copyright Policy


Users may only upload music, sounds, or audio that they own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use. If you include copyrighted music or sounds that you do not own, you must ensure that your use complies with applicable copyright laws or platform licenses. Merely stating that you "do not own the right" does not authorize the use of copyrighted music.

ALORA does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content and respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted material has been used in a way that constitutes infringemant, please contact us for takedown requests at contactaloraapp@gmail.com. Infringing content will be removed once notified.





Moderation Rights

ALORA reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any content at our discretion to maintain a safe and positive community environment. Content flagged by users or detected by automated moderation systems.


We may use AI moderation tools to assist in reviewing content, but all final decisions are made or overseen by a human moderator. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or removal.






Payment Information



ALORA facilitates manual payment requests between users. We are not responsible for payment failures, disputes, or issues arising from transactions between users. All payment arrangements are between individual users.


Users are responsible for complying with any applicable tax or legal obligations related to their transactions. We may suspend or limit access to payment-related features if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.





Reporting & Moderation


We take abuse reports seriously. Our team reviews all reports within 24-48 hours. ALORA may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, repeated offenses, or behavior that threatens community safety.

Your privacy matters to us! Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, store, and use your personal data to provide and improve ALORA's services.

By using ALORA, you agree to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.


AI Features


ALORA may use artificial intelligence tools to:

Help moderate content and detect harmful behavior

Power chat responses or support interactions

AI outputs are reviewed and refined for accuracy, but they may not always be perfect.

You agree not to rely solely on automated messages or AI suggestions for personal, legal, or safety-critical decisions.

ALORA may update these terms at any time. We'll notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.


Limitation of Liability


ALORA is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the app.
